What began as a my psychotherapy practice in my little cottage, has grown into a soulful home for handmade offerings, embodied storytelling, and gentle revolution.
Throughout 2026, SoulBloom continues to evolve - rooted in healing through creativity and guided by the wisdom of lived experience. This space is becoming a sanctuary for:
- The Loaf Letters – is where I write freely: about rebuilding a life after trauma, navigating midlife, finding healing in unexpected places (including the kitchen), and what it actually means to come home to yourself. No filters, no performing. Just the truth, shared with love.
- SoulBloom Skin – crafted from plant-based ingredients for nourishment and ritual. The simple, meaningful pleasure of caring for your skin with something made with real intention.
- SoulBloom Candles – hand-poured beeswax candles to light your room, your rest days, and your quiet evenings. Each candle is made slowly, with time, attention, and warmth.
- AUM/OM Chanting Classes – gathering around collective voice and sound healing. Chanting Aum/Om together creates something that goes beyond words: a resonance, a release, a coming home to yourself. No singing experience needed. Just you, your voice, and the willingness to be held by something bigger.
- Hatha Yoga Classes for larger bodies - Yoga that belongs to every body. No invisible hierarchy, no quietly feeling like the odd one out. I am currently undertaking my 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training with the specific intention of offering this class, carrying a full understanding of what it means to feel invisible in a wellness space and ensuring that never happens here.
